Evelyn Jane Wöhlbier (she/they) is an actor, intimacy director, jazz vocalist, dancer, deviser, and bluegrass musician based in Chicago, IL.
​
She is currently a proud ensemble member of The Chicago Playback Theatre Ensemble!
Outside the world of theatre, Evelyn is a gardener, painter, outdoor enthusiast, and wife to Joe ♡
​
A graduate from Duke Ellington School of the Arts in Washington, D.C. (2019), Evelyn continued their education at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR receiving a B.A. in Theatre with an awarded distinction in acting in 2023. In 2026 she received a Graduate Certificate in Intimacy Direction from DePaul University's The Theatre School.
